Persyaratan
- SMK Teknik Mesin / Teknik Produksi / D3 Teknik Mesin
- Pengalaman Min 1 tahun sebagai Teknisi Operator Molding
- Bersedia bekerja sistem shift (shift 1, shift 2 dan shift 3)
- Bisa setting, mounting, dan trial mold di mesin injeksi. Paham clamping, ejection, cooling.
- Bisa analisa defect: short shot, flash, sink mark, weld line, warpage.
- Bisa Preventive Maintenance : cleaning, greasing, cek cooling line, cek part yang aus
- Bisa baca 2D drawing mold & product
- Bisa menggunakan gerinda, bor, mesin bubut, mesin milling, grinder, dial gauge
- Paham jenis material plastik: PP, ABS, PA, POM dan Bisa setting parameter injeksi dasar
