(Telco Acc.) Customer Service Representative – CDO Site!

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide prompt, professional assistance.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, account management, service plans, and telecommunications products.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through appropriate solutions.
• Process account updates, payments, service activations, and other customer requests accurately.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary.
• Meet company performance metrics, including quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and data privacy standards.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• No Call Center Experience (CCE) required—fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply.
• Must have at least B2 English communication proficiency.
• Willing to work onsite at the CDO Site.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
