Responsibilities

• Assist customers with telco-related inquiries and concerns
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Handle customer requests and resolve issues professionally
• Process account-related requests and updates
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Escalate concerns when necessary while maintaining good customer service

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• No BPO experience required
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro
• Applicants from outside CDO may be eligible for a relocation package
