Telco Support Representative - Cagayan de Oro

Job Description

We are hiring Telco Support Representatives in Cagayan de Oro to assist customers with telecommunications-related inquiries. The role focuses on providing accurate information, resolving basic concerns, and ensuring a positive service experience while following company procedures and quality standards.

This is an onsite position with shifting schedules. Candidates from outside CDO are welcome, as a relocation package is offered. The role is open to freshers or those with prior customer care experience, including local or international voice BPO exposure.

Salary packages are competitive and based on experience: freshers start at ₱16,850 (or ₱20,000 with no prior CCE), 6–12 months CCE at ₱19,000, 13 months & above at ₱21,000, and international voice BPO experience can earn up to ₱40,000.

Candidates should be High School or Senior High School graduates, with at least 6 months of Customer Care experience preferred but not required.
