Role & Responsibilities

Preference: Candidates with Excellent English Communication Skills.

We are looking for an experienced candidates to handle calls, generate quality leads, and support the sales team by scheduling site visits and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients for real estate projects
• Handle inbound calls and property-related inquiries
• Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and current offers
• Generate, qualify, and nurture real estate leads
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales team
• Regular follow-ups with interested clients
• Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and CRM updates
• Achieve daily calling and lead conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate with relevant experience
• Good communication skills.
• Good convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word)
