About the Role
GoOnline Trainings is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to connect with prospective students and
working professionals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to
generate admissions by effectively explaining our online IT training programs.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on inbound inquiries.
• Explain course details, certifications, placement support, fee structure, and career opportunities.
• Understand candidates' learning requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates to maximize conversions.
• Update lead information accurately in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and admission targets.
• Handle student queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with the counseling and operations teams for smooth on boarding.
• Participate in promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong follow-up and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate.
• 1-6 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or EdTech Sales.
• Experience in education, training, or service-based industries is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
