Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to handle customer queries, provide information about company products and services, maintain customer relationships, and support lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and explain products/services.
• Contact existing and prospective customers using provided scripts.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer queries and service-related issues.
• Collect and maintain accurate customer information.
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM.
• Complete daily calling targets within timelines.
• Follow up with customers regularly.
• Support lead conversion.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Fresher withy good communication or Experience in BPO / Call Center / Customer Support environment preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and ability to handle customers professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge and operating skills.
• Typing speed of minimum 20 WPM.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
