Tele Caller

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.

• Generate leads through telephone calls and follow up with potential customers.

• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and services to customers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion and customer requirements.

• Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and customer details.

• Update customer information and call status in the company's records or CRM.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

• 02 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or a similar role.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Customer-friendly, confident, and polite attitude.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

• Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

• Good Tamil and English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
