Tele Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns professionally.
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and close deals through effective sales strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Utilize strong communication skills to handle cold calls and achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve common objectives and share best practices.

Job Requirements :

• Up to 5 years of experience in BPO sales, telesales, or telemarketing is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential for handling cold calls and achieving sales goals.
• Proficiency in domestic BPO voice process operations, both inbound and outbound, is required.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is necessary.
• Candidates must be able to meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Familiarity with inside sales, outbound calling, and customer service principles is beneficial.
