Tele Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote financial products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and sales performance.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing or telesales industry.
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in phone banking systems and processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
