Tele Caller

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective and existing patients.
• Understand patient concerns and provide basic information about SkinGloRas skin and hair consultations and treatments.
• Follow up with leads and convert genuine enquiries into appointments.
• Schedule, confirm and reschedule patient appointments.
• Explain consultation procedures, treatment information and clinic offers as provided by the medical team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads and patients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and appointments.
• Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team regarding patient requirements.
• Handle patient queries professionally and empathetically.
• Achieve assigned calling, follow-up and appointment conversion targets.
• Ensure a positive and professional patient experience throughout the communication process.

Preferred candidate profile

Good communication skills, confident personality, empathetic approach, and fluency in English + Telugu/Hindi.
