Job Purpose

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Alumni Relations Telecaller to connect with the past students (alumni) of Orion Educational Society. In this role, you will act as the voice of our society, building strong relationships with our alumni network, updating our database, and keeping them engaged with our current initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Alumni Outreach: Make outbound calls to past students to re-establish contact, share updates about the society, and invite them to upcoming events or networking meets.
• Database Management: Clean, update, and maintain accurate alumni records (such as current contact numbers, emails, addresses, and current job profiles) directly into our system.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Use Microsoft Excel and Word daily to log call outcomes, update sheets, and maintain clear records of conversations.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback and success stories from alumni regarding their time at Orion and their subsequent career growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any field.
• Computer Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel for managing lists and data entry, and Word for documentation).
• Communication: Clear, polite, and confident speaking skills in Hindi, English and Bengali.
• Listening Skills: Ability to listen patiently and build a warm, positive rapport with past students.
• Reliability: High level of accuracy in data entry and strong organizational skills.
