What You'll Do:

• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls with prospective buyers
• Assess what customers need, their budget, and their preferences
• Walk customers through our projects, pricing, current offers and key benefits
• Screen and identify genuine, high-potential leads
• Stay in touch with prospects via phone, WhatsApp and email
• Set up appointments and site visits for serious buyers
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth handoffs
• Keep lead records and follow-up status updated in the CRM
• Compile daily and weekly reports on leads and follow-up activity
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls made and leads converted
• Build strong customer rapport and respond promptly to inquiries

What We're Looking For:

• Strong persuasion and negotiation ability
• Solid customer-handling and follow-up skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
• Fluency in Tamil and English preferred

Qualification: Any degree
Experience: 03 years (freshers with strong communication skills welcome)

Position: Pre-Sales Executive
Salary: 25,000 – 40,000 per month
