Tele Caller

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls travel agents across the country.
• Introduce and promote the company's transportation services and business offerings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective agents.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Explain pricing, routes, service coverage, and partnership benefits to agents.
• Follow up regularly with agents regarding business requirements and service updates.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and business interactions.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of agent requirements.
• Meet assigned targets for agent onboarding, lead generation, and business development.( only on demand )

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong telephone etiquette and relationship-building ability.
• Confidence in speaking with business professionals.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Knowledge of the transportation or logistics industry will be an added advantage.
