What they need
- HIRING: TELECALLER / RECEPTIONIST
- We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and presentable Telecaller / Receptionist to join our Makeup Academy in Delhi.
- Position: Telecaller / Receptionist
- Location: Delhi
- Experience: 1–3 years preferred
- Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Attend to students and visitors at the reception
- Explain academy courses, fees and batch details to prospective students
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
- Handle student queries and coordinate with the academy team
- Maintain enquiry and admission records
- Manage basic reception and administrative tasks
- Assist with appointment and schedule coordination
- Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
- Confident and friendly personality
- Presentable and professional
- Good convincing and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, reception or sales will be an advantage
