Tele caller

Job Purpose:

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Telecallers to handle outbound and inbound calls for banking-related products and services. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, providing accurate information, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers regarding banking products and services.
• Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and application processes clearly.
• Generate leads and support customer acquisition and sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information on banking services.
• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
• Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulatory requirements, and call quality standards.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team when required.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or banking.
• Banking/financial services experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and persuasion skills.
• Good English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
