• 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, telesales, or business development, preferably within Forex, CFD, financial services, trading, or fintech.
• Strong experience in cold calling, outbound sales, lead qualification, follow-ups, and conversion.
• Good understanding of Forex/CFD trading, financial markets, or online trading platforms is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to speak with clients and handle objections professionally.
• Proven ability to work with sales targets, KPIs, CRM systems, and daily call/conversion targets.
• Self-motivated, competitive, persistent, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to build strong client relationships, identify customer needs, and convert qualified leads into active clients.
• Experience with CRM tools, WhatsApp, email, and sales tracking systems is an advantage.
• Candidates who have an existing understanding of trading communities or retail traders will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available to work in Dubai are preferred
