Role & responsibilities

• Make daily reminder calls to clients who have not paid their tax dues on time.
• Inform clients about pending tax amounts, due dates, and possible penalties.
• Maintain proper call records and update payment status in the system.
• Follow up regularly until payment confirmation.
• Coordinate with the accounts/tax team for updated payment details.
• Handle customer queries professionally and guide them on the payment process.
• Ensure targets for daily call volume and follow-ups are met.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication skills in Hindi & Gujarati.
• Confident and polite speaking ability.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM).
• Ability to handle pressure and difficult conversations.
