What they need
Role & responsibilities
Connect with potential customers through calls and other channels
Understand customer requirements & business needs
Explain our e-commerce products and solutions
Handle objections and build customer confidence
Follow up with interested prospects
Convert qualified leads into sales
Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM
Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the team for customer onboarding
Preferred candidate profile
1-3 years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Tele-Sales
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
- Experience in B2B, E-Commerce, BPO, Call Center or Digital Services is a plus
- Strong Hindi & English communication skills
- Marathi is an advantage
- Excellent convincing & negotiation skills
- Comfortable with high-volume calling
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets / CRM knowledge
