Tele Caller

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to inform them about the product and service
• Handle inbound inquiries from customers to answer questions, resolve issues, or process orders
• Communicate with clients professionally over the phone
• Understand client requirements and provide relevant information
• Follow up with leads regularly
• Maintain lead and calling records
• Meet performance targets, including daily call volume metrics, lead generation numbers, or sales conversion
• Coordinate with the internal team when required
• Support the team in generating and converting leads

Education and Experience

• Must have a Degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience
• Must be efficient in Basic Word and Excel, with knowledge of Internet Surfing & Social Media Platforms
• Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
• Should be able to work with a Team

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
