Position: Telecaller
Job Type: 6-Month Contract
Duration: 6 Months
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students/candidates and provide information about our services.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and interested candidates.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the counselling and recruitment team.
- Explain courses, job opportunities, and other available services.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English; Nepali is an advantage.
- Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
