Tele Caller

Role & responsibilities

• Call inbound and outbound leads from portals, campaigns, referrals and the company database
• Understand client needs (budget, location, configuration, end-use or investment) and qualify leads
• Pitch luxury residential projects in Gurugram with confidence and product knowledge
• Schedule and confirm site visits and client meetings for the sales team
• Follow up with prospects by phone, WhatsApp and email until the lead converts
• Keep lead status and call records up to date in the CRM or Excel
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads and site visits
• Stay updated on new launches, pricing and competitor projects in Gurugram

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 year of tele-calling or pre-sales experience in real estate (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of the Gurugram / NCR property market (Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension Road, Dwarka Expressway, SPR)
• Excellent spoken English and Hindi
• Professional, polished phone manner suited to HNI and NRI clients
• Experience with luxury or premium projects (3 Cr+) preferred
• Comfortable with CRM, Excel and WhatsApp Business
• Target-driven, self-motivated and disciplined about follow-ups
• Graduate in any discipline
