Tele-caller

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using the assigned calling list.
• Communicate clearly and politely with customers/prospects in Hindi.
• Provide required information and handle basic customer queries.
• Maintain accurate calling records and update assigned trackers.
• Complete daily calling activities within specified timelines.
• Follow up with customers wherever required.
• Escalate call-related issues to the reporting supervisor.
• Handle multiple calls efficiently during the assigned shift.

Key Requirements

• Fluent Hindi communication
• Good listening and interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable making multiple outbound calls
• Basic smartphone handling skills
• Punctual, confident, and target-oriented
• Willingness to work from the office from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Own Android smartphone with Dual SIM capability is mandatory
• Company will provide calling data
