Tele Caller

A telecaller in the jewellery industry promotes gold, diamond, and lab-grown gems over the phone, drives showroom visits, and manages client relationships using tools like a CRM System. [1]Key Responsibilities

• Outbound & Inbound Calling: Call new leads, prospective buyers, and past clients to share details about new collections, seasonal arrivals, and festive offers.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Turn phone inquiries and digital leads into actual store visits and sales opportunities for the showroom.
• Product & Scheme Promotion: Explain pricing, gold rates, diamond specifications, and monthly investment schemes clearly.
• Customer Support & Follow-ups: Update clients on custom jewellery orders, repair statuses, and payment reminders.
• Database Management: Record customer preferences, feedback, and call outcomes accurately in the CRM software.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 0 to 3 years of background in telecalling, customer service, or retail sales (prior experience in the gems and jewellery sector is a strong advantage). [1]
• Communication Skills: Polite, premium, and professional telephone manner with fluency in English and regional languages (such as Hindi, Tamil, or Malayalam depending on the region).
• Product Knowledge: Basic familiarity with jewellery terminology, types of gold/diamonds, and customer preferences.
• Target-Oriented: Ability to meet daily and monthly calling, lead generation, and showroom footfall targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
