Job Description

We are looking for a professional and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves communicating and coordinating with students, lecturers, and other stakeholders, along with handling day-to-day communication and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make professional calls and communicate with students regarding required information and updates.
• Follow up with students and lecturers and maintain proper communication.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Maintain and update records, reports, and basic data in Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth completion of assigned tasks.
• Assist with other communication and administrative activities as required.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and proper documentation of communication.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and confident phone etiquette.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students and lecturers.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
• Good follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.
• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
• Telugu and English communication skills preferred.

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
• Candidates with good communication and coordination skills are preferred
