Tele Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote financial products and services.
• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in BPO sales or telemarketing industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle domestic calls effectively.
• Proficiency in making outbound calls, handling objections, and closing deals over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of finance industry trends and products would be an added advantage.
