Tele Caller

• Make outbound calls to customers for periodic vehicle servicing and maintenance reminders.
• Inform customers about service due dates, service camps, offers, and special campaigns.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service advisor and workshop team.
• Make follow-up calls to customers after vehicle servicing to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related requests professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer information, call records, and appointment details in the CRM or DMS system.
• Follow up with customers who have not visited the service centre for a long time.
• Inform customers about vehicle pickup and delivery facilities, where available.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling, appointment, and customer follow-up targets.
• Escalate customer complaints and unresolved issues to the concerned manager.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
