Job Summary

One of our Prestigious clients is looking for a Telecaller to handle customer calls, confirm orders, collect customer feedback, and assist customers with their order-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation.
• Receive incoming customer calls and respond to queries related to orders.
• Coordinate with customers regarding order status and requirements.
• Take customer feedback and communicate it to the concerned team.
• Maintain proper records of customer calls, orders and feedback.
• Follow up with customers whenever required.
• Ensure professional and courteous communication with customers

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline.

Freshers can apply; candidates with 6 months2 years of tele calling /customer service experience will be preferred.

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic/speak able English.

• Comfortable making and receiving customer calls.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented approach.
• Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.
• Candidates willing to work from office at Mahape should apply.

Salary: 17,000 – 24,000 In-Hand

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
