Tele Caller Executive

Divyansh Honda is an authorized Honda two-wheeler dealership based in Shikohabad, Uttar Pradesh. We are committed to delivering quality service, customer satisfaction, and a superior ownership experience for Honda customers.

Divyansh Honda is looking for a Telecaller to support customer engagement, lead follow-ups, and appointment scheduling for sales and service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Follow up on sales and service leads
• Schedule showroom visits and service appointments
• Maintain accurate customer records and call logs
• Inform customers about offers, campaigns, and new products
• Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Coordinate with sales and service teams for lead management
• Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or customer support
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, Email)
• Ability to communicate confidently over the phone
• Strong follow-up and customer handling skills
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to work
• Experience in automobile, retail, or customer-facing industries preferred
