• Handled inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers to understand their property requirements.
• Generated and followed up on leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Explained residential and commercial property details, including location, pricing, amenities, and payment options.
• Maintained regular follow-ups with potential customers and converted leads into site visits.
• Coordinated property site visits between customers and the sales team.
• Updated customer and lead information in CRM/Excel and maintained accurate call records.
• Responded professionally to customer queries and provided timely information about available properties.
• Worked closely with the sales team to achieve lead-generation, site-visit, and sales targets.
• Maintained good customer relationships and ensured regular follow-up until closure.
• Prepared daily and weekly reports regarding calls made, leads generated, follow-ups, and site visits.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
