- Call inbound and outbound leads collected from various advertising campaigns and portals.
- Package Pitching: Explain domestic or international tour itineraries, hotel options, and pricing details to customers.
- Booking & Follow-up: Follow up on pending queries, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Customer Support: Assist clients with pre-trip and post-trip requirements or feedback.
- Data Management: Record daily call statuses and customer details accurately in the company CRM.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
