Tele Caller Executive

Core Responsibilities in Mattress & Furniture Telecalling

• Conducting Sleep & Lifestyle Consultations: Asking targeted questions to identify pain points (e.g., back pain, side-sleeper needs, room sizes, decor preferences) rather than just pushing a product.
• Driving Showroom & Experience Centre Traffic: Booking in-person appointments for customers to physically test mattresses, sit on sofas, or view fabric swatches.
• Explaining Complex Product Specs: Detailing technical USPs clearly, such as memory foam density, pocket springs, solid vs. engineered wood, and ergonomic lumbar support.
• Pitching Visual Content via Secondary Channels: Sharing high-quality images, 3D room renders, and video walkthroughs over WhatsApp or email immediately after the call to aid visualization.
• Recovering Abandoned Digital Carts: Calling website users who added a mattress or sofa to their digital cart but left before checkout to offer custom discounts, free pillows, or financing options.
