Tele Caller Executive

Key Responsibilities

• B2B Outbound Calling: Contact procurement managers, laboratory heads, and researchers to introduce biochemical products and services.
• Lead Qualification: Pitch complex scientific products, understand client requirements, and filter high-value leads for field sales teams.
• Database Management: Build and maintain an accurate database of research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and biotechnology labs.
• Client Nurturing: Follow up on product samples, answer preliminary pricing queries, and share technical data sheets via email.
• Requirements & Skills
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. / B.Tech) in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Life Sciences is highly preferred.
• Scientific Vocabulary: Ability to comfortably discuss molecular biology, reagents, assays, or chemical compounds without sounding strictly script-bound.
• Communication Style: Professional, precise, and capable of holding peer-to-peer conversations with highly educated decision-makers.
• Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and scientific directories.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
