Tele Caller Executive

Prinith Solutions Private Limited is hiring Telecaller / CATI Executives for an Odia-language process. The selected candidate will be responsible for making calls, communicating with customers/respondents, collecting required information, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls as part of the CATI process.
• Communicate professionally with customers/respondents in Odia.
• Ask questions according to the provided questionnaire/script.
• Record responses and information accurately in the system.
• Maintain call quality and productivity targets.
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
• Follow company guidelines and calling procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements

• Fluent in Odia – Speaking and Reading is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work from Home
• Candidates who are comfortable with telecalling/outbound calling can apply.
• Freshers can be considered.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹12,500 per month
• Working Hours: 8 hours/day
• Full-time employment opportunity.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 per month
