Tele Caller Executive

• Make outbound calls to new and existing patients to explain clinic services, offers, and treatment procedures.
• Follow up with leads received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, website, and other platforms.
• Understand patient requirements and guide them towards the appropriate consultation or treatment.
• Schedule appointments and ensure maximum conversion of leads into clinic visits.
• Follow up with patients who have not confirmed or attended their appointments.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing patients for consultations, treatments, packages, and reviews.
• Handle patient queries professionally and provide accurate information regarding services and appointments.
• Maintain daily call records, lead status, follow-ups, and conversion reports.
• Coordinate with the clinic reception and doctors to ensure smooth patient appointments.
• Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and quarterly calling and conversion targets.
• Build a good relationship with patients through professional and courteous communication.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Kannada/Hindi.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
• Ability to handle patient queries and objections professionally.
• Good follow-up and sales conversion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain Excel/CRM records.
• Previous experience in healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, beauty, or sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
