Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with prospective customers, handling enquiries, generating and qualifying leads, and following up with interested customers.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build good relationships with customers over the phone.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
• Follow up with existing enquiries and interested customers.
• Explain our products/services clearly to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Generate and qualify leads through phone calls.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Update customer details, call status, and follow-up information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain a professional relationship with customers throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in telecalling or customer handling is preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Tamil communication is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections and follow up consistently.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
