Tele Caller Executive

• Make outbound calls to patients for appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and reminders.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to patient enquiries professionally.
• Explain available eye-care services and guide patients regarding appointments.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Follow up with patients regarding consultations, procedures, and pending appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and appointments.
• Coordinate with doctors, reception, and other departments when required.
• Maintain a polite, empathetic, and patient-friendly approach during all interactions.

Pay: ₹13,659.55 - ₹17,295.35 per month
