Job Description – Telecaller
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, and be able to handle queries professionally.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6month-1 years of telecalling/customer service experience
- Fluent in English
- Hindi is mandatory
- Malayalam & Tamil preferred
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-friendly attitude and professional telephone etiquette
