Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on immigration leads.
• Provide clear guidance to clients regarding visa documentation and application processes.
• Keep track of client details and application statuses.

Requirements & Skills

• Strong communication skills with a confident and polite phone presence.
• Basic knowledge or interest in the immigration field.
• Ability to handle client queries effectively.
