Job Description

OTY Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Telecaller to join our team. We are seeking a confident and energetic individual who can communicate effectively with customers, handle enquiries, follow up with leads, and contribute to business growth through strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
• Handle incoming enquiries and provide relevant information.
• Follow up with leads and interested customers.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate suitable solutions.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments or coordinate with the concerned team when required.
• Achieve assigned performance and conversion targets.
• Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Good listening, convincing, and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and motivated to perform.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
