Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our Finance Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding financial products/services.
• Explain finance products and services clearly to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions.
• Generate leads and convert potential customers into successful sales.
• Follow up with customers regularly and maintain proper call records.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
• Freshers can apply.
• Prior experience in telecalling, finance, banking, or sales will be an advantage.
