Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller Executive to connect with potential customers, generate leads, explain real estate projects, and support the sales team in converting prospects into clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
• Explain project details, pricing, location, and payment plans to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Follow up regularly with interested leads.
• Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 months –3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
• Hindi communication is required; English will be an advantage
