Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, explaining products/services, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
• Generate and follow up on leads through phone calls.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into potential sales.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-ups.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements

• 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is preferred.
• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Knowledge of Hindi/Punjabi/English will be an advantage.
