Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller Executive, located in Habsiguda. The Tele Caller Executive will be responsible for handling various day-to-day tasks, including analyzing data, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient communication. The role requires collaboration across teams to support financial processes and business process outsourcing (BPO) activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and issues
• Effective Communication skills for internal and external interactions
• Knowledge in Finance to support financial processes and transactions
• Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for operational efficiency
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools is a plus
