Position: Telecalling Executive
Location: Ghaziabad
Department: Sales / Telecalling

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Explain company products and services to customers.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer records.
• Coordinate with the sales team for appointments and leads.
• Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain daily call reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hindi communication is required; basic English preferred.
• Good convincing and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with daily targets.
• Basic computer knowledge.
