Job Summary

We are looking for a Tele Calling Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain our products and services, and generate business leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a confident, customer-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate responses.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements

• 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
• Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Candidates from Coimbatore are preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in IT products, software, or service-based companies is an added advantage.
• Experience in lead generation or telesales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
