Tele Caller Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Communication

· Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and courteously.

· Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, specialties, doctors' schedules, and health packages.

· Assist patients in booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.

· Address patient inquiries and direct calls to the concerned department when required.

Follow-up & Appointment Management

· Conduct follow-up calls for consultations, surgeries, investigations, and health check-up packages.

· Send reminders for appointments, procedures, and follow-up visits.

· Maintain daily records of appointments generated through telecalling activities.

Lead Generation & Conversion

· Contact potential patients from existing databases and referral sources.

· Promote preventive health check-up packages and healthcare services.

· Generate leads and convert inquiries into appointments and hospital visits.

· Coordinate with consultants and departments to facilitate patient requirements.

Patient Feedback & Relationship Management

· Collect patient feedback regarding hospital services.

· Address patient concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients and their families.

Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain records of all calls, inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

· Update patient information accurately in hospital software/CRM systems.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
