About the Role

Green Farm Collective Private Limited is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, handling enquiries, making follow-up calls, and supporting customer engagement and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and potential leads.
• Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
• Explain company products and services clearly.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate information.
• Maintain records of calls, enquiries, and customer details.
• Follow up with leads and support the sales team.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements

• Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
