What they need
We are looking for an energetic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls related to our ERP software, assisting clients with app-related queries, and promoting our software/app to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Explain ERP software features and benefits to clients
- Handle customer queries and provide basic support for the app
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
- Promote/market the app and other company services
- Maintain call records and update customer data
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, English, Tamil, Marathi
- Basic computer/smartphone knowledge
- Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred (freshers can also apply)
- Confident, polite, and convincing speaking style
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
