Tele Caller Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce CLOUTECHS' IT services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly call, lead generation, and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize conversions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer support (IT industry preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English and Malayalam. Hindi is an added advantage.
• Confident in cold calling and lead generation.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
